Millennials, let’s be the generation that ends the “bitterly criticize the youth” cycle. When we’re old, let’s embrace and nurture them and commend them for facing challenges we might have created.
Personal growth becomes so addictive once you realize that it’s always possible to improve your experience of being.
The worst part of Pride each year is riding the subway late at night and seeing the gay guys, mostly the ones riding by themselves, slowly take off their rainbow stickers and beads and what-not in preparation for their walk alone in their neighborhood, doing their best to prevent the off-chance of being jumped. I saw one guy with a flag in his bag turn it upside down so it wouldn’t poke out.
So yeah, fuck that heterosexual pride day nonsense.
This is the saddest god damn thing I’ve read in awhile, mostly because I literally remember peeling my stickers off on my way home too for this reason
Two years ago in Budapest the organizers didn’t let anyone leave the place until we dropped all the rainbow flags into the trash cans and popped out the balloons, because people were waiting outside the cordons to get and beat us. Sadly the situation was so bad that even without the flags, we couldn’t leave for a good two hours after the event anyway. There were hundreds of people just waiting to be able to get home safely, but we simply couldn’t walk out of the place because of those assholes.
In the end, the police made us leave in smaller groups via subway. They closed down the stations closest to ours, so we could avoid running into the people waiting us outside.
This was in Budapest, in Europe, 2014. I hate this world we live in.
- This guy is such a cutie… He is just a blushing mess around you. He is shy even if he doesn’t really show it –well it’s not like he can hide his red cheeks anywhere else than in the crook of you neck, anyway… Don’t misunderstand, he will make a lot of efforts to overcome his shyness and be the best boyfriend you could ever wish for.
- He is shy in public, he is not the kind to be very touchy in front of other people but he won’t refuse to hold you hand. Imagine you two being like bestfriend when you are out, being super fusional and really sweet.
- He is the kind of boyfriend to come home with chocolate because you both like it and he has pretexte to buy you something at least. You usually eat it while you both are talking on the couch, laughing and chatting about everything.
- “You have a bit of…” he will lean forward and wipe the chocolate from the corner of your mouth with his thumb and lick it but very innocently…
- “Did we just kiss indirectly ?” you will ask, with a wide smile while his ears will turn red. He will look everywhere, avoiding your eyes at all cost and begin to laugh embarassed.
- He loves when you take the initiative to sit on or between his laps, he enfolds his arms aroumd your waist and you just rest the back of your head on his shoulder.
- Sometimes, he just pulls you closer and nuzzles his head in your neck straight-away because it feels so good after a long exhausting practice day.
- When he is lying on the couch, he likes to rest his head on your laps because the way you play with his hair ease his little flustered little heart.
- Every time he wants to kiss you he goes back, why if he just embarasses himself ? Then he just looses himself in his confused thoughts.
- One day, when he finally decided to lean down to make the first step… You turned your head and your lips met, not on purpose. You both were surprised at first but naturally, you responded to the kiss and crossed your arms behind the nape of his neck. Well, it wasn’t how it was supposed to be but he just wrapped his arms around your waist and pulls you closed.
- He is always the big spoon when you both are half-asleep, half-cuddling.
- He likes to wake up his face in your hair in the morning because it still smell the fresh shampoo from yesterday late shower… together… or not… but… yeah…
- When he comes home, the first thing he does is to kiss your forehead and then, still between his arms, throw you both on the couch and hug you thightly just because he thinks that your body fits perfectly together and because… He wanted your presence, a physical contact with you since he left you in the morning.
- When he finds the courage to kiss you, he is sweet… only in the beginning tho…. Rather in the passionate side then, playing with your tongue. It’s rather slow as well, lingering kisses, but passionate. He breaks away, out of breath as you, and rest his foread against yours, before letting his head resting in your neck, his hands under your t-shirt just resting on your waist.
- He seems to detached half of the time you try to act cute…. But then he breaks into little giggles and just pulls you closer.
- He likes to take pictures of you whithout you realizing when you both are cuddling. If you look into his gallery in his phone, you’ll find a huge amount of picture where you laugh and smile… Even his background is a picture of you.
- The other day, you were looking into his phone while he was sleeping and you found a picture of you… fast asleep, your hair all over your face… When he woke up and saw you eyes wide opened, he took the phone…
- “It’s not what you think… Let me explain” he said quickly. “Hum…” rubbing the back of his head “It’s just that… you are really beautiful when you are sleeping…” he added blushing. You just pecked his cheeks before to pounce on him for a big hug… ISN’T HE A FAWCKIN’ CUTIE.
- When he gets jealous, he wraps his arm around your shoulders because you are HIS girlfriend and… what if anybody steal you from him ?
- He pouts when you are busy on your phone or laptop while cuddling. You usually give him little kisses to be forgiven and he just wraps his arms around your body… No way he can get angry with his baby.
- He calls you “Bae” or “Babe” but most of the time he just calls you by your name.
- You both are lying on the couch, you sitting in between his legs and him looking at you while telling you his story when suddenly… “Bae, I finished my lyrics… Do you want to take a look ?” whereas his lyric’s notebook is supposed to be secret. You are the only one in addition with the members to know what he reads in this little book.
- You discovered that he wrote a rap about your first meeting but does as if you never read it… But you can’t help yourself, everytime you see his little book you blush and smile to yourself.
- He usually bites his lips while looking at you… and he knows that you can’t handle it… so he does it on purpose… just to see you blush… then he laughs and hugs you… AND YOU JUST GO MAD. (IT’S INSANE OMG)
- He only attacks your neck if your responds are positive. Then, he takes a mischievous delight to leave wet kisses on your sweet spot… Going down on your collarbone, when nobody can’t see it and sucks your skin harder, leaving some hickeys… BECAUSE YOU ARE HIS GIRL.
- He always tells you I love you when you are asleep, kissing your cheeks and sticking his chest against your back… What he doesn’t even realize is that you are just pretending to be asleep to hear him every night.
- He told you those three words for the first time when he took you home after a late night date. You went for a walk together, still shy while holding hands and… He just hugged you to say you good night, when you left your hand on his chest waiting for more. He leaned forward and cupped your face “I really do love you, bae”… And he kissed your forehead and left a shy peck on your lips. Your heart skipped a beat when he told you and then beat faster when his lips brushed yours.
- Overall, Vernon is a sweetheart, protecting you and being your source of warmth and hapiness. He is your knight in shinning…
